Advaita Meditation

We introduce participants to meditation in its many forms, including breath, contemplation, reflection and mantra. We emphasize mantra meditation (meditating on a silently repeating sound), which we have found to be particularly easy and effective for most people. The deepest forms of Advaita meditation can lead to the experience of complete freedom and unity, although this can take a bit of practice! Try them out, and decide which types of meditation are best for you.

Our meditation practices and initiations are guided and authorized by one of the most widely-respected living teachers of Advaita, His Holiness, Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamigal, the Shankaracharya of the Sringeri Math in India. Our teachers are all enthusiastic, down-to-earth meditators with decades of experience in helping others to enjoy and succeed with meditation.
