No matter what your level of meditation experience, please join us for Wednesday evening open meditation and discussion. Enjoy a tranquil atmosphere where your mind can rest and your spirit can be renewed. The evenings begin with an introductory period for newcomers and continue with meditation and discussion for new and experienced meditators alike. Bring your insights and questions.
We encourage participants to attend in person, as this can make it easier to experience calmness of mind. You can also attend via Zoom.
NOTE: Classes and events are open to those age 18 and over. Participants younger than 18 can attend classes and events if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
