Description:

Nonduality and Meditation II takes participants deeper into the exploration of Advaita Vedanta, while building the regular practice of meditation, which we practice together each week as a group. Through discussion and practical exercises, the course explores the nature of identification and attachment, in particular to the gunas, or fundamental energies, and to our sense of agency and control. We explore these topics in relation to listening and communication, and how we connect with others in our lives.

The course includes individual meditation tutorials to ensure that participants are confident in their practice.

Participants are given brief readings and exercises each week, and are invited to share their responses and experiences in class.

NOTE: The course is open to all who have completed Nonduality and Meditation I in the past.

Classes and events are open to those age 18 and over. Participants younger than 18 can attend classes and events if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
