Description:
Nonduality and Meditation III continues our exploration of Advaita Vedanta. We will use the teachings of the wise—ancient and modern—as our guide. As we settle deeply into these teachings and their practicality in our daily lives, we will find that our lives become more joyful and meaningful, and that our true nature of nonduality reveals itself.
The course includes individual meditation tutorials to ensure that participants are confident in their practice.
Participants are given brief readings and exercises each week, and are invited to share their responses and experiences in class.
This course takes place in person and online. If you choose to attend online, a Zoom link will be located at the bottom of your Eventbrite confirmation email.
NOTE: The course is open to all who have completed Nonduality and Meditation I or Nonduality and Meditation II in the past.
Classes and events are open to those age 18 and over. Participants younger than 18 can attend classes and events if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
